Congratulations to John and Andrew who shot this match with rifles they have never fired before and had no idea what a CMP Sporter match was. However as the name suggests they were great “Sports” about the entire thing. They had a great time and Andrew has an Ultra Lux on order now. We got Corey back shooting and he shows great promise with his preliminary scores…lost concentration a bit after the third string…..better scores next month and hopefully we will be handing out some medals to these new shooters.
The weather was OK, the company was Great and lots of good conversation……I can’t wait for next month’s match.
