Congratulations to all who showed up and shot on this miserably cold day. The weather certainly affected us all in our shooting and probably equipment as well. All guns were shooting low. In spite of this we had a full relay of shooters !!!
Jay, Richard, and David had dropped shots for several reasons and that really eats into your score at the end of the day. David completed all 6 strings of the event with his tube magazine marlin and that is no easy task. This was Jacks first CMP match so this Marine ponyied up and completed the match with unknown ammo (yes he left it at home) David King deserves the Silver Medal he shot today, he has clawed his way up this year to medal two times in the last few matches. We will be starting our CMP Sporter matches at 10:00 during December, January, and February to allow for the temps to warm up and better predict the weather for that given day. We did not get to shoot our new match “Radical Rem-Fire” due to bad weather (Rain)…but next month.
Again Congratulations to all who showed up and supported our club matches.
Sincerely
Dwight Pilkilton
