The rifle and scope have to weigh less than 8.5 pounds and the retail cost of the rifle cannot exceed $500. Further restrictions: you can't change your bench rest settings after the first shot, and you can't shoot ammo that costs more than $8.00 per 50 round box (less tax). I paid $8.00 for this Eley club.
