I would like to take this time to thank the club and our members for your support for the years I have served as club President. My terms have been and I will plagiarize here “It was the best of times; it was the worst of times”. We have seen unparalleled growth in membership only to see our hard work broken and tattered as we lost our home and many of our members as we were forced to find a new location. We took out bruises and moved on to find purchase and build a new facility and as always our club adapted. We now own our own land and range in a debt free environment. This herculean effort was primarily due to support and faith from our core Life membership. This statement is not intended to diminish in any way out annual membership, but without the “Original 100” we could have never have accomplished this goal.
I would like to take this time to introduce your new leadership. Please give your support to our newly elected staff.

A few of the original officers were shanghaied; I mean accepted the nominations and will stay. I am very excited for our core leadership that it contains new blood and new energy. This can only mean great things for our club as we move forward. I am happy to report that a few life memberships will be available in the near future that was vacated sadly by the passing of some of our dearest friends and longtime NASA supporters. More details on that to come later. Please take a minute to congratulate our new leadership and always lend your support. Bear with us as we pass the torch . For many change is a tough process, but I have every confidence our new leadership is up to the task and will excel at their jobs.
