CMP Sporter Match April 25, 2009
The day was perfect for shooting, high temp was around 80 degrees at the end of the match. The wind was gusty, the conditions reminded me of Camp Perry last year, and it was almost identical. We had quite a day of shooting as you can see from the scores posted. A few of us who have been at this a long time have seen new shooters come on strong with great scores, still some problems occasionally with function , or common things like short stroking the bolt but as a rule these will go away with time and scores will continue to improve. As usual CZ’s dominated the field, it doesn’t take shooters long to find out what works. Congratulations to everyone who shot today , we look forward to our sanctioned Match next month.
