CMP Rimfire Sporter North Alabama Shooting Association Feb. 27, 2010
Match Conditions were sunny but cold. The day started out at 26 degrees and topped out at 50 by 2pm. Winds were gusting from 0-10mph. We had a great turnout with 3 new shooters introduced to CMP Sporter. We hope they had a great time and hope to see them next month. Big Achievement today having 14 shooters in the dead of winter enjoying a great day filled with safe shooting. Chelsea achieved a big milestone today finally reaching SILVER medal status, even with the raise in medal requirements. I believe Chelsea and Richard have both gotten through a wall and will continue to improve. They will continue to challenge (and probably kick our butts) those of us that have been at the top of this game for a while. We love to see this type of improvement as the younger shooters are our future.
