CMP Rimfire Sporter Match Results
North Alabama Shooting Association
October 23, 2010
A person would have to look long and hard to find a more perfect morning for pulling the trigger and enjoying good company at the shooting range. The weather was absolutely perfect at gate time, 50 degrees, almost no humidity and dead calm. It soon warmed up to the upper 60’s in a perfect fall setting for a rifle match with friends. Turnout was light today, perhaps the promise of football later had folks doing chores before the game to free up time….except for the match shooters no one came in to check their hunting rifles…..a rare thing at our club in the fall on Saturday morning. Scores were a little down today in general, Ricky King and myself had a dropped shot….man 10 points down just hurts. Andrew was the only open sight shooter. Anyway enough drivel here are the scores.

We will restart CMP Rimfire Sporter in March 2011 after the big thaw.
Thanks to everyone who support our matches all year
